Honesty Is The Best Policy

    Mrs. Heng, who is thirty-two years old, is a kind-hearted woman. She always spends her time reading books. She also loves the outdoor activities.

 

  It was a beautiful Sunday evening. Mrs. Heng went strolling at the park which is located not far from her house. She wanted to rest by reading her books. She sat on the bench under the big shady tree. She put her handbag beside her and read a book silently. She enjoyed reading the book.

 

     After she finished reading, she got up and left the place. She forgot to take her handbag. Fortunately, a man who was passing by saw Mrs. Heng’s handbag. He took it and run quickly towards her.


    He handed the bag to her. He advised her to be more careful next time. She was grateful and thanked him. She wanted to offer him a reward but he refused to accept it. It was an unforgettable day for them. After the incident, they became good friends.
